INFINITE BUREAUCRACY IS CHOKING CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

Builders and developers have been calling for a reduction of the administrative burden so that they do not have to migrate from office to office. Digitalization would speed up the whole process, but the question is – when the state will, due to the pandemic, digitize the construction process and amend the legislation.

All sectors of the economy, with no exception towards the construction and real estate business, are under enormous pressure during the corona crisis. Some developers have announced limitations on construction process, while other builders face the threat of not paying invoices or resolving various disputes. Those who are not sufficiently prepared to change the behavior of potential buyers may have problems with project financing, said David Soukeník, a partner of the law firm SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA, in an interview for TREND Prime.
