LEGALITY OF THE AUTONOMOUS WEAPONS AS ONE OF THE CURRENT ISSUES OF THE PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW

Legal article of Milan Béreš, paralegal from SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA law firm, has been selected as one of the articles published in collection of student articles regarding specific issues of public international law which has been collected by the Department of International Law and International Relations of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava.

Collection of student articles includes legal articles related to private and public international law. In relation to legal article of paralegal from our law firm, it deals with important (however overviewed) issue of use of (fully) autonomous weapons in armed conflicts and with compliance of such a weapons with rules of the international humanitarian law.
