Despite these capabilities, however, in his view the technology cannot replace the strategic thinking, responsibility, and professional judgment of a lawyer, which are crucial, particularly in complex legal matters.

An important subject of the interview is also privacy protection and data security. Peter Štrpka points out that no responsible lawyer can upload sensitive client data to public AI tools.

- professional AI systems developed specifically for lawyers
