JUDr. DAVID SOUKENÍK WAS ELECTED AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF RADIO AND TELEVISION OF SLOVAKIA

The National Council of the Slovak Republic has elected JUDr. David Soukenik, one of the partners of lawfirm SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA, to the Board of Radio and Television of Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as"RTVS Board").

The RTVS Board supervises the compliance with the law and the performance of tasks of RTVS, and, in particular, it supervises the performance, effectiveness and efficiency of RTVS’s public resources and performs the tasks of a collective body which manages the property of RTVS under a special regulation.

The RTVS Board consists of experts in the field of broadcasting and of experts in economics and law.

JUDr. David Soukeník was elected as an expert in the field of law for a six-year term commencing 11 February 2015.
