THE PREPARATION OF THE DRAFT NEW ACT ON SPORT

The partner of the law firm, JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM is currently participating in the preparation of the draft new act on sport as a member of the expert working group composed of experts proposed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak republic, the Slovak Olympic Committee, the Slovak Football Association and the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation in synergy with other consultants.

The importance of sport for the society, the sources of its financing and the criteria for their division and other connected topics were the subject matter of the discussion in the programme „From first hand“ which was trasmitted by the radio station Rádio Slovensko. One of the guests of the programme was also Miroslav Hlivák.
