DRAFT OF THE NEW “SPORTS ACT” IN THE INTERDEPARTMENTAL CONSULTATION PROCEDURE

After public discussions, the draft of the new Sports Act enters the formal interdepartmental consultation procedure for comments of ministries, local governments, sports federations, sports clubs and the public.

Members of the working group, including JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM., the firm's partner, were drafting the Act for over a year. The Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic started the interdepartmental consultation procedure on the draft Sports Act, which will end on 29 July 2015.
